An eventful Craft year is coming to an end. Craft 3, Plugin Store, Craft ID, new official website, and Commerce 2 beta were released. The partner network was announced, and the Dot All was held in Berlin.

From September 26 to 28, 2018, the official Craft Conference took place in Berlin. As the operator of Craftentries, I had to be there this time. The friendly community and exciting lectures made the trip worthwhile.

Before all the Craft 3, we must not forget that Craft 2 is still supported. A good two years after Craft 2.6, version 2.7 was released, and a minor update but an essential update for future viability.

Pixel & Tonic worked on Craft 3 for three years and three months. 7,700 commits, three pre-release phases, a new commerce platform, six new employees, and three children later, the final version of Craft CMS 3 is finally available
